They were not incorporated before March 2013. They were incorporated in June and July 2013 and the instructions to have them set up, for Mizzi, Schembri and the third person, were given a few days after the general election.

The date you need is the date when the instructions were given.

Muscat’s appointment of John Dalli as his consultant was the second sign, to me, that something was very wrong with his government.

The first sign was the appointment of a political activist and General Workers Union man – Mario Cutajar – as head of the civil service.

At the time, Dalli had been facing police investigation which was cancelled when the Police Commissioner was sacked and replaced. He was under investigation by OLAF.

I would have thought that someone whose integrity is in such grave doubt would be kept away from public office.

In reply to Tikka. He was hanging by a thread when his new friends saved him by sacking Police Commissioner John Rizzo. He was heading straight to jail judging from the urgency. Many questions remain unanswered. Why were they so determined to help him out? What secrets does he hold? What does he know? It looks as if they know that if John Dalli sinks, they would be following immediately.
