They wanted these trusts to be hidden from Maltese banks and the Maltese tax authorities. I wonder if it would be fair to say that the Panama Papers revelation was a form of divine justice.

Now we have it from the horse’s mouth that Panama has not been forthcoming in the divulging of the very information which is necessary for the results of the audit to be complete and accurate.
