One million dollars was the prerequisite for opening an account. After hunting around for a bank that would open an account for them – they tried nine banks at least – they finally found one that agreed but asked for a million dollars as a deposit. Nexus BT gave the go ahead but we don’t know what happened after that. We do know that weeks later they were still looking.

Then is it the company that has to deposit at least 1 million a year? Well, I’m sure now the first deposits have been made. Can’t believe how big and dirty all this is and so many people just don’t seem bothered by it. Then such a big fuss about the clock and the 500 euros.

The bills over the next 18 years will help explain.

“Shell gas for power station –

Energy Minister Konrad Mizzi said today that Shell would be providing the gas which would power the new gas power station and the BWSC plant once it was converted to gas.

Speaking in Parliament, Dr Mizzi gave an overview of the work being done by the government in the energy sector.”

We would have raised the alarms had Mizzi spoke about a shell company after the Panama Papers were published.
