Pity, as they could have held their own panel session on selling EU citizenship, setting up companies in Panama, and hunting round the world for a bank that will open an account for PEPs.

The chairman would have certainly had a captive group of people interested in Maltese citizenship while the other two panel members could have put in a slot on their first hand experience in using Panama for ‘family planning’ or as a secure base for commissions earned.
