In reply to I wonder. When the long arm of the law under a Nationalist Party government was very near bringing the crime to the attention of the Law Courts, and when the electorate in a fit of collective madness voted for a change of government, the most efficient Commissioner of Police was transferred, the first of a never ending search for a Commissioner of Police with no self esteem who would agree to be a brown nosed CoP.
