I see that you have understood nothing. Political activists are not people who hold political beliefs, but people who work in political campaigning.

I work as a journalist. The fact that my journalism involves writing about politics does not make me a political activist.

Paul Vincenti is a political activist because he CAMPAIGNS for policy changes and on political issues. He is in the same category of political activism as Astrid Vella and Francesca Fenech Conti of Women for Women. They are all political activists.

You’ve got it the wrong way round. He’s not far right because he opposes abortion. He opposes abortion because his politics are to the far right of the spectrum. His political ideology shapes his attitude towards matters like abortion.
