in my opinion all this story is a hoax to put up a screen and convey the message that the puppeet committee refuses (sic!) even people recommended by the minister.

Having stated so, I wait with bated breath to see whether Owen Bonnici and his corrupt bunch of friends calling themselves “government” will find a way out to get their way anyhow.

Well, yes and no, except for the fact that she did have a covert sexual relationship with a married senior-ranking police officer for several years, while she was still married herself. And the other fact that I was arrested on the instructions of this very police officer and held under arrest until the incriminating evidence, in the shape of a large sack of letters he wrote to her, were collected from the friend at whose house she had hidden them.

And except for the other fact that she has been consorting with Silvio Debono tas-Seabank and other similar shady operators for years and that she has a vested interest construction, as does her long-term boyfriend.

The argument you make, quite correctly, that as she has been ruled unfit to be a judge Consuelo Scerri Herrera should also be ruled unfit to be a magistrate, is not necessarily in keeping with the Maltese modus operandi.

After all Alfred Mifsud was deemed unfit to be the Governor of the Central Bank but remained as deputy governor.

Is this a Maltese phenomenon?

This issue can be escalated further by the first lawyer with a spine who petitions the Chief Justice for his/her cases to be withdrawn from her court on the grounds that she is unfit to hear them.
