I managed to stick through a part of Pierre Portelli’s interview with this crook. Just as Muscat has a giveaway glabellar furrow when he’s lying, Spettur Anglu has his own too.

It is an isolated shrug or his left shoulder, and when the confabulation starts getting a bit too complicated for his little brain, he flicks his left eye too. Maybe that’s what he meant when he said he is still a “xellugi”.
