For those who may misunderstood this word, in audit jargon, it means anything but a clean report, where the auditors must mention any limitations and disagreements in arriving at the reported opinion and which could hinder the auditors to either report a disclaimer or, the worst, an adverse opinion.

Realistically, for this type of “audit”, if there is a clean report, it must be “fake news”!
