Should I register if I create content overseas to be published on a site hosted in Malta?

Should I register if I write outside Malta about Maltese current affairs but publish on a site not hosted in Malta?

The possibilities are endless. Anyway, this leads to another issue. Say I’m a US citizen who lives in the US and I write a blog, which I host in the US, with the specific intent to scrutinise the Malta Labour Party – and I opt not to register it with the Maltese authorities. What will the Maltese government do?

Exactly!. After last year’s CHOGM the government had come out in force boasting how much money it saved through the ‘free advertising’ on international news channels and the media.

I also believe they also came up with a fantastic sum to highlight the Summit success. Maybe the government could be asked again to quantify free advertising this time round as well?
