Actually, FKK was interested in opening up a franchise in Malta as part of the German-Maltese business development initiative “spearheaded” by this most hard-working Minister.

Being a “hands-on” person It was only natural that Minister Cardona and his assistant go check the quality and reliability of the business venture and then compare notes with one other.

Otherwise how would one expect to provide a serious & first hand business evaluation ??

Not inevitable. It frequently happens when the libel suit is only a nuisance delaying tactic that it is kept on the back burner, denying justice for as long as necessary and then, surprise, surprise the libel is settled out of court.
