In 1999 he was implicated in an alleged conflict of interest lobbying effort – the one and only scandal in his entire 10 year stint as prime minister.

Why can’t we have a government like that in Malta? In fact there have been very few scandals (19 in total) in Canada throughout its 150 year political history since confederation.
