I’m sure that if he ‘ate something’ in Essen he would have kept the receipt in order to claim the expense back. Why doesn’t he show us this receipt, so that maybe we’ll start to believe him?

The Minister “coming across as all-round shifty”. You can say that again – it’s all in the eyes which were a dead giveaway on the few occasions he has spoken since Acapulco.

Another thing – one would have expected Muscat to declare that he believed Cardona’s every word and not the other way round.
