I can’t blame him. When the idiot tried to answer Frank Psaila’s questions, he thought he had found a way to avoid answering.

He tried to impress by referring to the article and chapter of the law. When pressed further, he was unable to quote from the article, because he obviously had only a vague idea of what it says.

In reply to Daphne Caruana Galizia. Is that to be taken as a sibylline statement? I would have thought that the watershed would have been reached when the Panama scandal came to the limelight, at least that would have been the case with a half-decent government.
