This letter, as well as the audits, each of which was signed by the auditors back in September 2016, were carefully timed to avoid time for scrutiny or questions at the PANA Committee session.

Can I suggest asking Moss Fon whether they really issued the above letter? At the very least it’s both questionable as well as incomplete since it’s missing a footer.
