Some commentaters go on believing in a linear voting loss/gain pattern: Labour won stunningly in 2013, so it will win the forthcoming elections by a couple of thousand votes and then lose the following one by whatever number one may assume.

But people don’t think linearly. People just think, or don’t. Period. If Labour is not booted out in 2018 (or whenever Muscat decides because I don’t believe anything he says) then it will not be booted out in 2023. If the majority approve today’s corruption then they will approve it again in 2023 and 2028.

I think they will be booted out at the next election, unless it is rigged by Muscat’s election-rigging machine.

We need to spread the truth about Muscat’s anti-democratic philosophy based upon re-writing history to demonise his democratic predecessor through generic slants and slogans in an attempt to trick young voters into not voting as a “protest against politicians”.

He knows that this is the only way he can remain in power for another five years and keep those Panama companies going strong.

The older voters, who remember the violence, the corruption and the fascism of the 80’s know that Labour has once more failed to produce normal governance and will vote these hypocrites and liars out.
