Brian Tonna did not think twice about emailing Mossack Fonseca his name as the UBO of Willerby Trade Inc (his company in the BVI set up on the 19th March 2013).

At the same time he also set up Egrant Inc., and communicated the identity of the UBO to Mossack Fonseca by Skype. If Egrant Inc. was his, as he seems to be saying now, what was the reason for the sudden change in behaviour?

In reply to D. Buhagiar. Ramon Fonseca said he didn't know Konrad Mizzi is a PEP. And then the Panama Papers storry broke around the world and Fonseca's lies exploded in his face. He's now under arrest with his partner Jurgdn Mossack for running a criminal organisation.

If they want us to put two and two together and make three rather than five they are seriously deluded. The only way this riddle can be solved is by a criminal investigation. Labour will never allow that. If the Nationalist Party pledges to carry out a full examination if elected that should win votes.
