I&#039;ve often thought that where there is collusion between supposedly autonomous institutions and the government, and when there is little chance of a fair case being heard under such conditions, then perhaps, that the ECHR might have a fast tracked solution.

 It defeats the purpose of seeking justice if justice is only delivered to parties targeted by the system decades later.

 How do you/your legal team generally prevent these libel cases from sticking with Labour&#039;s corrupting influence on the judiciary taken into account? Does writing about the corrupt appointees, in practice, bar them from presiding over your cases? 

And if Labour is reelected what are the chances, in your opinion, that it all becomes a bit too much and that you&#039;d have to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights to get the right verdict in these cases?]]></description>
