Many hotels monitor their minibar electronically. OK I am being facetious.

I have no doubt the minister was meeting Joe Gerada in his hotel room to discuss the conference and his strategy to acquire a great deal for Malta from a German buisness. I have full faith in this elected official for his unrelenting devotion towards my country and its economy.
