They took care of that in the bill. Which shows you how and where it is targeted. Taking Daphne as an example – you and I are well aware that she wouldn’t use that route because it’s not her style and she has said often enough that her base is Malta.

However the bill says: even if the site is based abroad, but EDITORIAL decisions are taken in Malta. So, they have foreseen a scenario that they will anyway lump on Daphne, if dissenting material is published on the internet from abroad.

All they then need to do is apply any whimsical way about laying the editorial decision on Daphne – which whims are the basis of and fully supported by the bill.

The President and the potential coup. They are again covering bases so as to stifle dissent. If no one can discuss the merits or otherwise of the woman, dissent is muted.

But the Army, that should be the President’s reserve, has anyway been bolstered and prepared for the inevitable eventual reaction. They have the long term in their sights.

This evening on Xarabank, Peppi introduced John Bundy as ”il-general factotum” of the Malta Eurovision song festival.

At the first opportunity, Bundy pointed out rather stroppily that he was NOT the general factotum but the CEO of PBS.

Dear Maltese Government of the Day
I need a muzzle on my mouth to be quiet about the murder of a young innocent soul who did not know any better. When we cover up our lies we make for a corrupt society from the smallest to the largest of untruths we make a precedent for our future. In my opinion this is not right.
