First he was having a beer at his hotel, and he has a chit to prove it. Then he was at the conference and he has a photo taken a day later to prove it.

All the time he thought that he could fool us. I am longing to hear his evidence in court. Hurry up.

To make lies credible you have to be consistent. It is very difficult to be consistent when you lie.
