I wouldn’t be surprised if Muscat had read it and decided he needs to work on “love” and reconciliation for the upcoming election if he wants to prevent a populist vote against him.

The Nationalist Party should read it before establishing its intelligent strategy for the general election. If the people are to believe that justice WILL be served through a Nationalist administration, and the fake smiles of Mizzi and Muscat can be wiped off, they will vote for a new government.
