Well, if he pays for it then he should be the owner. Whether it’s one or more (shareholder/owner) what matters is the actual sum he is going to pay and that it reflects the true value of land. This is the itchy bit.

In reply to Daphne Caruana Galizia. The Maltese definition of business is zero risk. And they have the nerve to call it entrepreneurship. Unlike so much else that is wrong with Malta, this one doesn't have its origins in history. The corsairing ventures at least were subject to risk. So was the trade in grain and porcelain. This is something else entirely.
