When Kevin Vella was a boy he would tag along with his father who routinely bullied people to obtain his ends. For example one time he had an argument with a shopkeeper and he ordered Kevin, who was then a child, to break the shopkeeper’s goods in order to intimidate him.

These tactics are routine with these people. I recall now too that Govann Vella once ran a man over with his car because of some dispute. He has a litany of court cases involving incidents like these and yet he’s not behind bars.

I’m sorry to say this isn’t just about Labour. It’s been going on for a lot longer.
