Did anyone really expect the PM to appoint to the delicate position of Broadcasting Authority chairman a respected former Chief Justice and an outstanding former Ombudsman?

Come on! The owner of an advertising agency is more competent to be chairman of a Constitutional authority than the former head of two Constitutional authorities.
