They did, and they can. The only reason to vote Nationalist is that I cannot avoid doing so when it’s open secret that the Labour government is selling national assets and laundering the proceeds.

But the Silvio Debono saga, and now Simon Busuttil approaching that vermin Sandra Chetcuti to join the Nationalist Party makes you confirm a new Nationalist government will do nothing to reform the country.

The unholy alliance between the ravenous insatiable construction industry (and other similar big businesses) and the corrupt politicians wheeling and dealing on the upper floor of the Labour Party Mile End headquarters and hiding their ill-gotten gains in tax-evading money-laundering Panama banks, will be the destruction of Malta as we knew it.

This unless an honest and chastened electorate comes to the rescue and dismisses them.

Like Diogenes with his lantern out in daylight searching for an honest man, Malta will not find them easily and most certainly they won’t be among those exposed by Panamagate etc

I haven’t heard anyone say it’s true. Actually the opposite. Tell me, why should we believe someone like Sandro Chetcuti who has an invested interest in playing both parties off against each and to ensure that this country drowns in concrete.
