As for me, because I feel desperate, maybe In another part of our bigger country, there is some clean institution that can help the other dirty ones.

It is very clear that our institutional safeguards are not at all up to speed. I refuse to believe that there is nothing that can be done. A good part of the population deserves different. We deserve to live in a democracy, where institutions have the balls to be fair to and with all.
