1. Because Egrant is a Panama company how could it have a Malta address? – The address was Nexia BT’s and it is a correspondence address.
2. The company was set up in 2013, so who owned it until 2015? Panama papers clearly shows that the companies were ordered in 2013 and the process of setting up related structures was completed in 2015, August to be exact (http://www.timesofmalta.com/mobile/articles/view/20160413/local/panama-papers-new-revelations-show-six-banks-were-approached-for-mizzi.608721). Mossack Fonseca likely owned all three until 2015 in fact.
3. If they are real, why weren’t the declarations of trust included in Panama Papers? Besides being a question asked by someone who still to this day questions the veracity or existence of this leak, it is worth mentioning that Panama Papers is not a complete record, just emails and there is a December 2015 cut-off-date. Egrant was the only company who Nexia refused to email about but used Skype.
