With a bent bank all one would need to do, presumably, would be to set up a new company with a new bank account and transfer the funds to the new company.

Were that the case, transferring the assets to new companies would be more tricky.

For one thing, you would need a stupid or crooked UK lawyer to do the transfers. No reputable lawyer would touch the new companies given what has come out through the Panama Papers.

Surely it must be obvious that Daphne has obtained maximum publicity for the stories she is revealing by using pre-publication teasers?

And by using the dummy pass of asking whistleblowers to come forward we have enjoyed the delightful spectacle of Labour thinking she didn’t have a story after all.
