This is not about Egrant Inc or Keith Schembri or Konrad Mizzi anymore. This is about an Iranian with four passports from St Kitts & Nevis given, at the age of 34, a banking licence by Joe Bannister at the Malta Financial Services Authority, to operate a washing-machine for corrupt politicians from Azerbaijan and Malta. Those documents they removed will not have pertained only to Maltese PEPs.
