In reply to Daphne Caruana Galizia. Investigations is not my field of expertise and I am not the FIAU, but I do fund it with my taxes. Institutional corruption is rendering the FIAU incompetent. Thus the only hope of substantiated truths is journalism. The reality of this country at present!
