Would you have that to apply to foreign investment as well?

It is amazing how this person tries to hoodwink the whole of Malta into thinking that he is doing so much good. We have never stooped so low thanks to him.

Dear Evangelina, you are really good news from away. Yet one has to be well aware of the polls. Muscat's shrewd strategy and a pseudo feeling of a good performing economy that do not augur a change in the coming election.

I am quite confident that the worst for Muscat has yet to come in the election aftermath, and I can foresee a forced resignation and a new Labour leader leading the country.

Just read history and it seems that we will have a similar 1981-1987 social crisis. Hopefully I am very wrong.

Our "cheaper electricity bills" are not half as cheap as they should be and that saving is not due to anything done by Muscat or Konrad Mizzi but to cheaper international prices that have nothing to do with Joseph Muscat and his Panama gang.

What is indubitably owed to Muscat is very expensive electricity for the next eighteen years because Muscat and his gang have bound us to buy our electricity expensively when cheaper and cleaner electricity was available by the interconnector from Sicily and without incurring the expense of an unnecessary power station beyond our requirements.

During his press conference this morning Joseph Muscat was either too calm, or so tense as to appear calm (diazepam?). He barely seemed capable of keeping his eyes wide open. A very big difference from the previous days.

He even invented some new Manglish words, if you skip to -20:41 you'll hear him say ''is-sistema taghna giet owkejjata mill-Kummissjoni Ewropea''.

Gaming is such an important sector that needs to grow not put at risk.

The Prime Minister's handling of the Panama Papers scandal was and is a disaster. If he had sacked those whose names were exposed then things might have turned out differently.

But we all have a feeling why that this has not happened. Now the Prime Minster is counting on blockchain technology and fintech for Malta's future. All this is good and welcome, but given that block chain and bitcoin allow anonymous and untraceable money transfers and are widely used for money laundering, it raises even more suspicion on what his intentions are.

Perhaps selling passports by bitcoin will be the next thing. This is already happining in St. Kitts & Nevis, where the original sale of citizenship programme was developed by Henley & Partners.
