While everyone is worried about illegal immigrants, in reality they are harmless in comparison to the now legal immigrants that are landing on our island through this scheme.

They will become our destruction: inflation, increase in property prices, rentals.

Quality of life as we’ve always known it will end. The select few will run the island with their money while the true Maltese who want nothing more than a serene quiet happy life will not even make it till the end of the month.

This concerted action (it is not a coincidence) that Pilatus Bank and H&P, two foreign entities that established themselves in Malta under Joseph Muscat’s government, and who have hit the headlines for the wrong reasons, are threatening Maltese journalists with legal action in London and New York on the eve of an election should alert the electorate to the web that Joseph Muscat has built for his own ends, even before he was elected to office.
Do you want to keep him there?

Chris Kalin cannot be more ridiculous coming up with these bombastic threats. Everybody knows well enough which clients seek Henley and Partners for Maltese citizenship, as do the whole spectrum of operators in their field of these services.

First they deal under the table with the Labour Party even before the last election and then they have the gall to accuse you of affecting “ the international image” of Malta.

These bullying tactics are horrendous. They are literally asking for Daphne to censor information. Based upon what exactly?

And why now all of a sudden? What changed so much that they are now suddenly uncomfortable with what she posts about them?

What a web has been spun in four years. Can you imagine what Muscat can do if given another five years? It’s too scary to contemplate.

I voted Labour last time. I admit that I was taken in by this new guy, who seemed so charismatic and untested. Like many, I thought we needed a change.

When the Nationalists warned us about old Labour, I was one of the first to object. I thought, stop it already with the scaremongering tactics. Old Labour are gone.

I had absolutely no idea how wrong I was.

Now Malta has become a place where I actually feel unsafe. I do not trust the police, the tax department, the Planning Authority or any other institution.

It’s chilling how many Muscat deceived. I am so embarrassed that I was taken in by his blue eyes. I like to think of myself a quite intelligent and not easily fooled.

I was wrong. But it will not happen again. I will vote Nationalist this time. There is truly no other option for me.

I want Malta back from those lying stealing crooks in government. I want to travel and again say with pride that I am from Malta.

I feel ashamed to be Maltese. All this so that a few can turn my country into their own private money-making machine.

I despair when I imagine that we may have this man as prime minister for another term. I swear that if I could afford to, I would leave Malta if he does.

But like many of you, I am stuck here, too old to start a new career or a new life somewhere else.

I almost feel like praying, something I have not done for decades. God help us.

Looks like Kalin is worried that if Muscat loses the general election his company will lose the main tranche of its business: easy EU passports from Malta.
