At least in March 2016 he looked embarrassed. In 2017 he acts cocky knowing that he will win the election even if he openly declares that Egrant Inc is his and that he uses it for kickbacks.

It’s not just Muscat that lets us down. It’s not just the police commissioner who lets us down. It’s the majority of the population that is determined to re-elect the corrupt.
