It is more likely that this is part of Roadmap No. 2 with the government now looking to seize/steal private property through some lame excuses.

When they mention infrastructure, streets and wires, what they have in mind is your house. It is logical. There isn’t a lot more left that can be sold so they need to ‘seize’. Those of us who are a bit older know what they used to do.
