So a bank involved in money laundering, owned by an Iranian with a St Kitts & Nevis passport, is threatening to sue journalists in a US court. How can somebody even think that.

Yes, this is not Germany, where the law prevents you publishing letters if the sender says ‘Do not publish’.

Under Maltese law, letters are the property of those who receive them, to do with as they please. In sum, if you don’t want the recipient to show the letter about town, don’t send it in the first place.

Exactly. They also claim they have nothing to do with each other, when Henley & Partners hands out Pilatus Bank promotional material and directs its Maltese passport applicants to that bank, and the owner of the bank – Hasheminejad – bought his St Kitts & Nevis passport through Henley.

Good Lord! All these shady characters think that they have colonised Malta (and behave as that way), just because they are dealing with the worst elements of Maltese society – personified by Joseph Muscat, Keith Schembri, and Konrad Mizzi.

All that reputation that was painfully built over the last 25 years, is disintegrating in front of our eyes.

Malta is reputable as its weakest link.
