I think you’ll find it’s a front for laundering money. All the signs are there: the business posts a loss, it gives hyper-extended (we’re talking years, not months) credit terms to clients, and it also gives loans – and Brian Tonna signs off on the accounts, the same Brian Tonna who set up and organises a variety of offshore companies for the owner of the Malta-incorporated business.

I’m sorry, but what exactly is the point of running a business that doesn’t make money, just for the sheer hell of it?

What you have (unwittingly) described is a front for laundering money, not a legitimate business. And that figures.

I always wondered which organisation or person introduced Joseph Muscat to Ilham Aliyev. Oh, the irony!

Why was Kurt Farrugia biting his knuckle during that meeting? Was he supposed to be there or was he asked to go at the last minute?
