Maybe she is calling for some prayers. Or shall we say attention? I’ve noticed here in Malta people seem to suffer a lot from insecurities or the need for attention or being acknowledged.

Why can’t we just be happy “being” and if anything else beyond that then making a difference in people’s lives. Telling everyone you’re running to the toilet a little more often then normal is not making a difference to people’s lives.

But thanks anyway for reminding me of this country’s big idiot factor. Makes my immigration to another country feel all the more justified.

The use of water and salts replacement sachets is highly recommended in such circumstances. Let us assume that this display of idiocy is the result of the temporary deficiency of some particular minerals and hope for better days.

Claudette Buttigieg comes across as someone who is hard-working and open-minded and in general she is criticised by Labour fanatics for not being a medical doctor and for her involvement in music rather than for what she actually says – which is generally important. Such announcements do not actually help.
