Why did they resign after the police raid? They should have resigned before the case became known if they wanted their name to be kept out of investigations.

The fact they did not only goes to prove that they were both ‘in the bag’ receiving some sort of interest/dividend for their share in the company.

Both should be investigated and removed from the bar (lawyers bar not the the ones in Valletta).
