Based on the fact that I am a 53-year-old Maltese woman whom experience has taught to recognise the signs.

Only a bully (and moreover, a bully up to no good) would ask for his wife’s FULL power of attorney rather than one limited to a specific contract for a specific reason. And more to the point, only a bully would get it – because grown women with an education and from his wife’s social/family business background do not, ever, surrender to that. They are fully aware of what it means.

What exactly is wrong with a father being the breadwinner and a mother taking care of their young children? Though it looks outdated, if roles are taken up willingly, a family has every right to follow such method.

The divorce courts are not the right place to begin looking for their secret companies in the British Virgin Islands. Ask Mrs Brian Tonna. First you find whatever it is they've been up to, then you file for divorce.
