Whatever his mental state may be I have listened to what he has said and the way he said it.

There is no one in Parliament (in Malta) who can expound an argument as well as he does.

He applies logic and I like that in a speaker. Pity there aren’t more with this skill.

Come off it, Francis. The guy has psychiatric problems that are screamingly obvious: extreme paranoia, for one. Pathological obsession, for another.

Would a psychiatrically sound person behave like that, obsess like that, rant and rave on camera like that? NO.

I am highly attuned to signs of psychiatric problems, because there is nothing I fear more in people than mental illness. Why? Because mental illness makes people do damaging, harmful things – to themselves and others – that people with, say, cancer, just don’t do.
