In reply to Daphne Caruana Galizia. Is Musumeci her social inferior? I thought that Consuelo Herrera and her brother, Jose Herrera, were both hamalli. I observed Consuelo Herrera and Robert Musumeci at one of the events at the US embassy on the fourth of July. She behaved like a slave master. She was socialising and walking around, while he followed her like her servant, while hooked on his mobile and ignoring the people around him (or her).
