“In one case, the law firm sent letters to journalists who last year attended the inaugural “meritocracy tour” of houses allegedly acquired with money laundered overseas.”

Apparently Mishcon threatened to sue any newspaper that published any allegations made during this “tour” against their client Andrey Yakunin.
