You didn’t have to be from Birzebbuga to know that Angelik was an obvious fraud. In fact, in Angelik’s “business”, there are nothing but frauds.

There is no such thing as a miracle, or as divine intervention through human beings. Anybody with a normal intellect should know this.

That somebody who is a doctor would even entertain the possibility of “investigating” somebody like Angelik, say volumes about the doctor.

I never knew that Angelik Caruana’s mouth was actually examined by a member of the medical profession. Do we know whether the source of Angelik’s litany of swear words and habitual obscene language was identified by the learned doctor?

That would be really interesting. A contribution on the findings in the Archives of General Psychiatry would be really welcome.
