I have not had the ‘good fortune’ of meeting the same people from your own social background – nor do I wish to do so.
I have, however, come across all kinds of thugs you describe in your first paragraph – back in 1971 to May 1987, between October 1996 and September 1998, in March 2013 and again in June this year.
Sickening scenes are very hard to forget.

I was almost knocked down by ‘one of the thugs’ shouting “Issa barra! Il-partit taghna! Issa fil-poter, barra, barra!”

BUT IF THE DELUSIONAL DELIA is thinking that is game over, he is far wrong. Time will prove me right.

Reason tells me that Perici Calascione supporters will either abstain or understand that they need to defeat Delia and vote for Said. Together they will surpass Delia. Also, Delia got less than 50%, so he did well but not good enough.
