I’m not expecting much in Dr Delia’s tax returns. With all those debts surely he did not contribute a cent to the coffers. Dr Delia is a joke, he even failed to pass the basic requirements to hold a cheque book with Maltese banks.

He is a joke for the fat cats at the Auberge de Castille, and a bad joke for those who support the Nationalist Party.
