Dr Musumeci should explain to us mere mortals why Daphne Caruana Galizia should be “barra”, and how he intends to bring that about without breaking the law.

He knows full well that she is doing a job as an investigative journalist and is doing it extremely well, without any political bias.

Above everything else she keeps this site open at her own expense, using her own time in spite of the abuse she receives from people like him on a regular basis.

That is in sharp contrast with the position of Dr Musumeci who writes his comments on the government’s time and being paid for it with government money. I know who of these two should be “barra” .

Just now on RTK during the newspaper analysis. The commentator makes a heck of a Freudian slip. He refers to yesterday’s ceremony at Dar Centrali of the handing over if the keys as “Dr Simon Busuttil handing over the keys of his office to the Labour Party'” (He corrected himself a second later.) Priceless.
