Where was Alex Borg Olivier 40 years ago when Dom Mintoff was picking fights with all the trade unions (except the GWU), most university courses were no longer available, the intelligentsia were officially consigned to the deep freeze and thugs were sent to the public hospital to drag all the doctors out of the wards and theatres, and close the medical school, whilst university students were beaten up on campus?
