An example of his political deviousness was demonstrated by his Brexit campaign lies and the resultant political shambles. This one example clearly demonstrates that all devious and political liars and their lies have a frightening influence over common sense and the truth.

I concur. The problem lay in underestimating people like him. We are too eager to trivialise with labels that make us feel good about ourselves.
