Some wiseguy at the Planning Authority thought that by obliging Cutajar to accept a busload of schoolkids going round his zoo for free would condone keeping animals in cages when they should be free.

I always knew IQ was pretty low in the general public but where are the animal lovers…tipo Moira Delia and co who should know that €50,000 is chump change for this man. Hypocrites.

Flash a Rolex Oyster around and some cash and these fuckwits turn like the tide. All for the ego of one man who should himself be in a cage.

Trees, open spaces, wildlife, countryside: they are all finite resources. It’s bad now and the destruction is accelerating. By the time these children understand what they have lost they won’t be able to get it back by sucking up to their parents or to whoever is in government at that time.

‘Politicians’ are all the same. It has almost become a dirty word. Over 90% of the Maltese population turn out every 5 years (or so) to lend their support to their favourite bunch of criminals and perpetuate the insanity.

One could hardly blame the politicians, really, once you’re there it would be stupid not to pick the low hanging fruit but rather the wider Maltese population, people that on the whole think it short sighted environmental destruction is OK so long as it’s your preferred politicians that are supervising it.
